1 Company & service agreement
These terms govern your use of FaithCode POS (web and mobile), including business registration, subscriptions,
add-ons, and related services. You confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized
to register or manage the business on FaithCode.
2 Plans & subscriptions
FaithCode offers subscription plans with different limits and features (users, products, warehouses, modules, and more).
- Paid plans unlock the features and capacity included in that plan.
- Billing follows the cycle shown at checkout (monthly, yearly, or as offered).
- If a subscription ends or payment fails, access may be limited until the plan is renewed.
- Plan changes take effect according to the rules shown when you upgrade or switch.
3 Add-ons & optional modules
Add-ons (module packs and optional features) can be purchased separately from your base plan.
- Add-ons may be billed on their own schedule and pricing.
- Some add-ons may include a limited free trial before charging.
- Disabling or canceling an add-on may remove access to that feature for your business.
4 Free trial
New businesses may start on a free trial so you can evaluate FaithCode before subscribing.
- Trial accounts have limited features, users, products, and capacity.
- The trial is for evaluation — not a long-term free production plan.
- To keep full access after the trial, upgrade to a paid plan (or an eligible paid add-on) before it ends.
5 Data retention & retrieval
Please understand how FaithCode prioritizes business data:
- Paid plan customers receive priority for data retention, backups, and support related to data access.
- If a free trial ends and you do not upgrade, FaithCode does not guarantee data retrieval, restore, or export of that trial business data.
- Trial data may be removed or become unavailable after the trial period according to platform policy.
- If you need to keep your products, sales, customers, or settings, upgrade before the trial ends.
- Once you are on a paid plan, your business data is treated with the retention priority described for subscribers.
6 Data collection & usage
To operate your FaithCode POS workspace securely, we may collect and process:
- Account information — name, email, username, and authentication credentials.
- Business data — shop details, products, sales, purchases, customers, inventory, and related records you enter.
- Device & security data — login sessions, device binding, IP/security signals, and optional 2FA.
- Mobile permissions (when used) — biometric unlock (stored on device), camera for barcodes/QR, and location when enabled for security or business features.
- Support communications — messages you send to Help Center / support.
7 Legal basis for processing
Processing of personal data is based on:
- Your consent when you accept these terms
- Performance of the FaithCode POS service you requested
- Legitimate interests in securing accounts, preventing fraud, and improving the product
- Compliance with applicable laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) where relevant
We process only what is needed to provide and protect FaithCode POS.
8 Data security & protection
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, which may include:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Secure authentication (including Google Authenticator / 2FA when enabled)
- Regular security updates
- Access controls for authorized users only
- Device binding and session protections where applicable
9 Your rights as a data subject
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to be informed, access your data, request correction,
object to certain processing, request deletion or restriction where allowed, and withdraw consent for optional features.

10 Your responsibilities
- Keep login credentials secure and do not share owner access casually.
- Use FaithCode only for lawful business operations.
- You are responsible for data you enter (products, prices, customer details, and transactions).
11 Updates & contact
FaithCode may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
